Mobile massage
I am based in South Ockendon, Essex (RM15) and cover addresses in the London Borough of Havering and South Essex.
Havering, Thurrock, Brentwood, Basildon, Castle Point, Southend-on-Sea
Please contact me before booking if you're unsure your address is covered. I reserve the right to cancel your booking if it is not.
Mobile massage requirements
I will bring everything needed for your treatment. However, you are welcome to provide your own towels or blankets if you'd prefer.
You must have a space in your home that is aproximately 2 x 3 meters to allow for the table to be set up with enough space to move around it. I will also need access to a sink to wash my hands before and after the treatment.
It is your responsibility to ensure the space is suitably clean, warm, quiet and free from disruption.
Couple's massage
I offer a back-to-back couple's massage service in which two clients take turns to receive treatments.
There will be only one table and one therapist.
The advertised treatment time is per client. For example, the full duration of a 60 minute Couple's Massage booking will be at least 2 hours (60 minutes per client) with additional time required for set up, consultation, etc. See pricing and timings for futher detail.
Modesty & dignity
For body massage treatments, you will be asked to undress to a level suitable to the agreed treatment. You are under no obligation to remove an item of clothing if you do not wish to, and the treatment will be adjusted to work around your clothing choice.
You will always be draped in sheets during the treatment. Only the area of the body being massaged will be uncovered at any time, ensuring you are not exposed.
I will never massage intimate areas or any parts of your body you do not wish to be touched.
Unwanted behaviour
I provide a strictly professional massage service. No comments or touching of a sexual nature will be tolerated. If I deem your behaviour inappropriate, I reserve my right to end the treatment early – without refund – and to cancel any future bookings.
Health & safety
For your safety, you are required to compete a pre-treatment form before your appointment. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions and medication taken which may impact your treatment.
In some instances, body massage is not advised. I will contact you to discuss your condition if this is the case.
If you are undergoing cancer treatment or suffer from a chronic health condition, it is strongly advised that you contact your GP to receive written or verbal consent before booking.
You will be refused treatment if you are intoxicated, have an actue injury, or are presenting with a contagious illness on the day of your appointment.
Products & allergies
I use 100% grapeseed oil as my massage medium. It is vegan, cruelty free, and non GM. I will not use any scented or artifical products on your skin.

Pricing & timings
Treatment prices have been calculated to cover labour, running costs, and travel expenses. Current prices are subject to change.
It's my belief that you should get the full treatment time you've paid for, so my treatment timings are the length of time you will spend on the table.
Please allow approximately 10 minutes either side of the treatment for the consultation and any aftercare advise. For mobile treatments, this extra time will also allow for set up and packing away.
For example, you can expect the full duration of a 60 minute Signature Massage appointment to be approximately 80 minutes, with 10 minutes either side of the treatment and 60 minutes of hands-on bodywork.
Cancellations & refunds
You will pay in full when you book your treatment.
You must cancel your treament with at least 24 hours notice to be eligible for a refund. Treatments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.
If you do not show up for your appointment or are not home at the time of a mobile booking, you will not be refunded.
In the rare case that I may have to cancel your booking due to personal circumstances, I will contact you to rearrange or to offer you a full refund.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with a service provided, you are entitled to make a complaint via my contact form. Your complaint will be dealt with promptly and will be used to improve future services.
You also have the right to raise your complaint to the Federation of Holistic Therapists (external link).
